TRAINING DESCRIPTION
The Oxbridge Full Licence Training Program combines tutoring for the Full Real Estate Licence Course with hands-on practical training, providing Oxbridge members with the skills needed to excel in the industry. Oxbridge is not a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) but offers a practical training program designed to support Oxbridge members.
The Full Real Estate Licence is the highest qualification available in the industry, allowing you to operate independently or establish your own real estate business. This course builds upon the knowledge gained in the Sales Registration Course, covering essential topics such as managing operational finances, tenant relationships, and trust accounts. It is designed to equip you with the expertise required to succeed in real estate and unlock unlimited career opportunities. There are numerous courses available from a large selection of different providers.
As part of the program, you will receive practical tutoring, online learning guides, additional resources, and ongoing support from our trainers and a practicing mentor.
⚠ Important: Queensland is the only state that does not currently require work experience to obtain a Full Real Estate Licence (this exemption does not apply to sales registrations). If you obtain a licence in another state under Automatic Mutual Recognition (More Info), you can apply to register and practice in another state by submitting a simple application—without incurring additional fees.
For any questions regarding eligibility or Queensland Office of Fair Trading requirements, we recommend contacting them directly.
